We are now pleased to provide a complete one stop maintenance service that incorporates most trades including,  building, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tiling, painting etc.

We often get tricky shower leaks and do not know which trade to call. All we have to do know is call or email Fresh Project management and they either fix the problem if it is minor or provide a detailed report and quotation of what needs to be done.

They then organise access with the tenant and engage all the various trades to do their part of the work. It really is a great service.

Problem:

We had an emergency water leak in one of our tenancies in a multi apartment complex but had no idea which unit it was coming from. It was causing property damage to two units as well.

Solution:

The team @ Fresh Project Management  attended the premises within an hour and located the leak to a burst pipe in the wall of a unit above. They opened the wall and repaired the pipe.

They then organised a plasterer and painter to repair the damage caused. They even sent detailed reports to the Body Corporate and Insurance company so that the liability of the matter could be resolved ASAP.

Laurie had a lot of small jobs requiring a lot of different trades but didn’t know the best way to co-ordinate them. She wanted some lights moved and new ones installed. She wanted a small deck built and her garage door was broken. Also her gutters and downpipes were rusted. She just didn’t know where to start or who to call.

Solution:

The Team @ Fresh Living Group organised everything. They got plumbers in for the guttering, an electrician for the lights and a carpenter for the deck and door. They then organised a plasterer and painter to patch up where the old lights had been. All of this was sorted out in a timely manner at a reasonable cost and Laurie’s testimony speaks for itself.
