Alternative Technology Association
As part of its commitment to promoting energy saving and conservation to households, Fresh Living Group is a member of the Alternative Technology Association (ATA). The ATA is Australia’s peak, not-for-profit organisation promoting sustainable technology and practice. The association is all about its members who “walk the talk” of sustainability and good design in their own homes and businesses. Fresh Living Group director Andrew Heath said his company’s mission was simple - to be the best environmental trade services organisation in Australia. "By partnering with groups, such as the ATA who have contributors and members with the same goals in mind we feel that we are heading in the right direction," Andrew said. "Being part of the ATA also allows us to keep fully abreast of all the rapid changes and new technologies on the market which enables us to stay on the forefront of the industry," he said. "But most of all our company and the individual team members within it want to do our bit to lighten our footprint on the environment and improve sustainability." Andrew said the ATA also had great online forums for everyone to participate in alternative technology discussions and help them make informed decisions. Fresh Living Group recently worked with ATA’s publication ReNew on an article about rainwater supply in times of disaster like bushfires and cyclones. ReNew is Australia’s leading magazine on sustainable living and technologies and has been in publication since 1980. For ATA members, Fresh Living Group provides $300 off our high efficiency evacuated tube solar hot water systems. |
